Dante Fox
Dante Fox was formed in September 1989 by vocalist Sue Willetts.
Through the summer of 1997 Sue Willetts and Tim Manford started writing for the new album. This time they wanted to make a conscious effort to make the second album sound tougher but not sacrificing the harmonies and strong vocals that the band is known for. In February 1998 Dante Fox entered Mad Hat Studios to record the second album "The Fire Within".
The album features Shy's Tony Mills on backing vocals and Hard Rains Paul Hodson on keyboards. Again with a positive response from the press and some great shows, it was time for a well deserved break.
In February of 2005 Dante Fox were offered the support to US Melodic female, for their summer tour of the UK. Dante Fox recruited Mick Hales on drums.
In 2006 Dante Fox recruited new bass player Mike Dagnall and Keyboard player/ guitarist Roman Wieckowski and began to record their third album at Mad Hat Studios. This album is not only their strongest album to date, high in the individual performance factor, but also features some very mature songwriting.
The title track on the new album "Under The Seven Skies" boasts the combined songwriting talents of the new line-up and is the first song finished and written as a team. The first track recorded "Breakin me Down" has had heavy rotation on Steve Price's Show on ARFM with great reaction and support.
"Under The Seven Skies" is out now (Frontiers Records)

KINN
KINN were formed when four musicians stumbled across each other on the stoney path that is the British Rock Scene. Each member has struggled through many bands, searching for other musicians with the same levels of commitment and passion to walk the path they have chosen.
Influenced by the high powered classic rock of Guns n Roses, through to the modern sound of Muse, the band have the same goals, aims, burning desire and devotion to music. They are Brothers. They Are KINN.

Miss Demeanor
'MissDemeanor' are fast becoming Barnsley’s new ‘band to see!’
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and none more so than Barnsley’s hottest new young girl band ‘MissDemeanor’ !!
The girls, aged 15-18, are all seasoned vocalists and performers in their own right. They decided to form the band to bring a ’bit o’ sunshine’ to the Yorkshire public by putting their own vocal style on fast-moving chart covers, coupled together with slick choreographed routines and bags of attitude!
Three of the girls are no strangers to the girl band ethos as Kirsty and Laura come to ‘MissDemeanor’ from punky-pop band ‘BoyTrap’ and Toria previously spent two seasons working with the ‘Poppi Chix.’ The transition to ‘MissDemeanor’ is a response to the girl’s maturing abilities and their desire to – how should we say it…? - kick some ass on stage!!
The stage show is a lively mix of current pop tunes, favouring artists such as: Lady Gaga, Katie Perry, Kelly Clarkson and Miley Cyrus to name but a few, with a smattering of classic pop from the 80s onwards.
There’s something to please every taste and these girls are guaranteed to get pulses racing and feet tapping!

We would like to thank ALL of the bands for donating their time and effort, without them Boobaid would not be possible !
